What was your feeling at that time?
On the field of life, we often encounter various "out of bounds" - sudden pressures and challenges. These 'balls' may come from work, study, interpersonal relationships, or even self expectations. Faced with these pressures, everyone's way of coping is different, just like baseball players facing flying balls, some choose to dodge, some choose to counterattack.
Imagine you are sitting in the audience, enthusiastically cheering for a youth baseball game. Suddenly, an out of bounds ball flew towards you at an astonishing speed, hitting your forehead impartially and leaving a noticeable lump. What is your inner feeling at this moment? Is it panic or calm response? Do you feel pain and frustration, or do you quickly adjust your mindset and prepare for the next challenge?
